Pinecone don't issue invites. You have to wait until they are recruiting and then click on one of their links to sign up. There is usually a post on here when a live link is found

yeah i got acceppted, ive been looking for ages and found it by chance if i get an invite to send out to ppl ill pop a post here, mean while have u tried valued opinions i have got £40 quid in argos vouchers in about 2 months which will help christmas

I have been a member of Pinecone for a few years now. Surveys are pretty regular - usually two or three a month. This week, for the first time, I also received a product to test - very excited as it's something yummy and alcoholic! Anyway, I digress! Yes, it's true that Pinecone don't issue general invitations to join up, however, I do occasionally get an email to say that they are recruiting, and providing me with a referral link (unpaid!). If I get one I will be sure to post it here.

If you are lucky enough to become a member, you have to tell them if you are going to be away for longer than a week or so and won't able to complete surveys. And you WILL be bumped off the panel if you don't complete all the surveys that they send to you.
