Will I get a refund?

I bought a jacket for my daughter, online (Zara), and as soon as my daughter tried it on the zip caught the fabric and as he tried to free the zip the fabric got damaged.
I would repair and I would keep the jacket but I also realized that they run smaller sizes, so I'll need to exchange it for a bigger size, Do you guys thing that I can/will get a refund or at least they would let me exchange it for a bigger size? (the jacket has tags attached)

I'd check out the shopping section on this site. Perhaps starting here:

There is a section there that talks about shopping rights. Have a peek at the site headings at the top. Each heading will open a menu with options.

To see if that applies. And/or perhaps just contact Zara and explain as you explained here. They might say send back for a larger size exchange, especially if you feel it was caused by a design flaw perhaps.
