Working two full time jobs at once

    If it wasn't 9-5 and was just 2 full time jobs which you could do to fit in around each other, you could get away with it (you'd be knackered mind) but if both contracts state 9-5 then no, of course you can't do it

    Well one of the employers will find out about the other when they realise the amount of tax being taken off the OP as having a second job.
    Its not that we have more patience as we grow older, its just that we're too tired to care about all the pointless drama ;)

    Simple arithmetic

    Your contract in job says you work 37.5 hours between 9 to 5,
    Job b says the same, therefore doing both in parallel means you are only working 18.75 hours of each contract. You are in breach of your contract, as you are getting paid on the basis of time and not performance.
