Sorry I didn't reply after my initial post, my husband made me come off the computer because he thought I should give my brain a break!

Well interview went ok, I think. There was a panel of three, my boss, senior colleague (who are both lovely) and a woman who I know of, but had not met before. She was like devils advocate and would keep throwing quite complicated questions to me. I was worried that I rambled a bit, but I did my best....so glad its over....

But not heard yet, my boss said that they cannot guarantee that they would make decision today and may 'think' about it over the easter break (which is nonsense surely) and let the candidates know next week (I assume Tuesday). I don't know how many people have been interviewed today (I think they started at 9am and finished at 2pm - with possible break in between, not sure). Do you think I could ask Personnel how many candidates there were (I know one of the other candidates).

Anyway, thanks for positive vibes, will keep you posted.

My boss has been back in the office for over an hour and not said anything (she is in seperate office area). Probably should add that the job I was interviewed for is within my team and my boss would continue to be my boss if I got the job.
