A ha! Just what I have been looking for! I am about to rent my flat out and have been looking for a book to tell me all about buy-to-let mortgages and to give me some handy hints.

I couldn't find it using above link. Instead I found it under Seller tab after viewing a film about Right Move. Use this link and allow the film to play. The link to the free book will then appear below it. You have to click on Close first at the foot of the film for it to appear

I've been letting out my flat for the past year or so, but looking to make it work harder and bring in more money.
