  • Unfortunately she does not take in things like that. If they convince her it is for the best, she will take their word for it. She trusts people and if someone in a responsible position says sign this and everything will be better, she will just do it.

In any case, 'Affordability Assessment Result - Fail' does not show on her paperwork.

Can anyone confirm 100% that this is exactly what that wording means?
The only people that can confirm 100% what the wording means, are the internal staff that it was intended for.

Besides, you know that this sheet was included in error, and isn't something that was supposed to be with the paperwork. What makes you think that it's accurate, valid and relates to the paperwork you've received? Isn't it just as likely that they've included the "internal use only" forms for something completely different?

She signed for a loan but then never received any money? Now they are asking her to pay it back? I'm confused!

the way im reading it is, she was into her overdraft- to reduce the overdraft she had to take a loan out, this immediately pays off the overdraft, so she sees no actual money but a reduction in the amount of overdraft she owes.
    Is this right?
