Hi
If your about to pay to unlock your mobile phone you might want to try this...
I just used this site which generates codes for different Nokia etc
and it worked after using the 2 codes created for a Nokia tied to Vodafone
Managed to put an Orange SIM in straight after and it connected straight off
Takes just 5 minutes
http://www.trycktill.com/eng/unlock_swe.asp
Set your mobile free!
Great for holidays where you can pick up a local sim
Probably save you £35 (vodafone charge) or £10 local market stall
Let me know if it works for you too
Cheers

or you could just try ringing your current provider. I rang Vodaphone as I wanted to unlock one of the 3 mobiles used in our house. I was even prepared to pay for it. They gave me the unlocking code for free as over 30 pounds had been spent on it. They actually gave me the codes for all 3 phones and one of them was only 3months old but again had had more than 30.00 spent.

New Nokia handsets(BB5 Generation) cannot be unlocked yet. You can only get a code from your service provider which will probably cost you the deed to your house & a cheese toastie.
There is a site.. erm.. http://phreakyphonez.net/web/unlocking.asp - i think.
Basically that site contains a list of handsets that can be unlocked remotely(without a cable) but the Nokia section has only the Nokia DCT4 unlock calc but i should imagine there are not that many people out there using handsets such as the Nokia 3310.0 -
