I can confirm that tights are definitely included, picked some up for my daughter!
Then set the store alarm off on my way out and hand to stand there with everyone watching while the security guard went through my bag of 4 items of clothing (looking closely at each one). Apparently caused by paying through self-service!

Not at work so cannot check but I think from my dodgy memory it said close of business 1 Oct for the clothing 25%. It normally tells stores when a point of sale sign (POS) should be removed and this is usually close of business on the date given.
But please don't shout at me if I am wrong
