    Yes don't expect to win else you will soon find it isn't the hobby for you. Just enjoy comping. There are no tricks to winning its all down to luck. Some you win. Most you lose

    It depends on the competition. I have had emails, phone calls and just had prizes turn up outvof the blue. Good luck both with your comping.

    as said above don't expect to win - don't just enter the one's with big prizes (I've not had to buy shampoo of over a year due to comp wins) and I've found that in the main prizes just turn up - even some quite big ones
