Wedding Spreadsheet disaster

So this morning I tried to open my wedding planner spreadsheet and it was corrupt.
My computer scanned and fixed my USB pen and has completely erased my spreadsheet. Add to that the fact that my works computer has been upgraded and the latest revision I can find on there is from July (which is also corrupt and unrecoverable) I am having a little tempertantrum :mad:.
I've lost everything... well almost (I have some prints I took the other day).
So I am starting a new spreadsheet but cannot for the life of me remember where I got the original from.
Does anyone have any good templates I could use to start me off?
TIA

Confetti have a brilliant one linked on their forum that another member made. It amazing and has everything on it from budget to guestlist all interlinked!
Here it is

LisaJane - have you attempted any data recovery on the USB? Sometimes you can get documents back regardless of how they were lost. May be worth a shot! There's loads of free software out there to try, here's just one;
