I have sent a letter to complain about being mis-sold an Endowment policy, but have been told I am time-barred. Is it too late, or is it worth writing again to explain why I havent made a claim earlier?

Hmmm, yes, good question.Well, Im the first to admit, I dont understand anything to do with mortgages, Ive got no interest in finance whatsoever and find it all extremely boring. I think that makes me pretty much the average housewife. A large part of my life has been taken up with bringing up kids, tending ailing Parents and now, trying to cope with a degenerative illness myself, I have found time at last to find out where all the money goes. So, is it too late?0
