Clicks Research

Hi All,

I wondered whether anyone had heard of Clicks Research? I have received an email from them requesting that I confirm my telephone and profile details. I did register with a few "Consumer Research" sites a while ago, and although they seem to have my correct details I can't find previous record of doing anything for them.

Thanks
Andy

  • Hi Andy,

I registered with Clix Research about six months ago, and like yourself recently got an email asking me to update my details, which I have done although I haven't heard anything back from them yet. I assumed they had a campaign ready to be asking people to update their details.

Around about the same time The Litmus Test also asked me to update my details and I have since completed two campaigns for them.:)
  • I registered with these about a week ago and have already been invited to a trial. Please could anyone tell me how long it takes for them to send the product to you as there is no further information on the website. Thank you

This used to be a company by a different name (I think it was Aytonmoon cosmetics or something). I've done some testing with them over the last few years, although the frequency is few and far between. Just keep your profile up to date and keep your eye out for the emails they send when a new product is ready for testing and reply quickly. I've had lots of lovely shampoo, mascara and facial wash type things.

It usually takes up to two weeks for them to get a product to me. It usually tells you on the product information page when you accept the trial.
  • I have done some product testing before but have never used this company, i use 'paidproducttesting' and have done for years with no problems.
 2014: £20 voucher from SurveyFriends, £10 cash payout from Panel Opinion too and working towards more from Valued Opinions currently.
2013: £35 and £50 vouchers from SurveyFriends! More than £15 made from other paid surveys sites (Yougov, Panel Opinion, Valued Opinions, Pinecone, etc.) Happy so far!
  • Joined this site and it looks good. Only thing is please be aware that you don't get paid for taking part in any trials where free samples are involved.
I do surveys elsewhere at other sites and I have always been paid for doing any trials where a free sample is involved.
So stick with the surveys if you want to get paid for your time.
Check details of what you will receive reward wise before agreeing to take part in any study or questionnaire.

They are terrible for not responding to emails. They keep sending emails for you to complete the questionnaire even way after it has been done. I have sent 3 emails to confirm this but they NEVER REPLY. They are unreliable from that point of view. No phone no. to contact them either on their site.
