I think (don't quote me) I've seen it in Hoo Hing supermarket.
But obviously not eveyone has one close to hand, I'd guess most Chinese grocery stores could get hold of it if so inclined.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

all Chinese supermarkets should stock it, best are the ones from the province of PiXian in SzeChuan/SiChuan as that's where it originates. A few clicks and I found 3 different brands from an online Chinese supermarket, here they are
