Id say no, judging by the fact i ordered fish yesterday and in the notes to picker asked for heads/tails/guts all to be gone and i got two whole fish, guts and all

Yes, Deli meat comes sliced. No fish is not gutted in store, it is delived to you in the same state it comes into store. First thing in the morning the deli, fish counter and meat counter are given a list of orders for that days online shoppers.
