missed call from daily mail!

hubby went out with my comping mobile today and came back and told me someone "posh" had rang for me. rang the number and it is the daily mail. left my details! hopefully i might have won a daily mail comp but more likely to be a marketing call. does daily mail do marketing calls?
Just about to give up!

im not that lucky to have won the cottage. no doubt will be marketing, although i have just started to use this mobile number and ive never had a marketing call before from the daily mail. the number that rang was 0203 4051970. i did not want to come out with "have i won a comp". the guy said he would find out who rang me and get them to ring me back. this phone will be by my side all the time now, just in case!!Just about to give up!0

update: not a competition win and i dont think anything to do with the daily mail! something about india and i have requested information! must be something from a competition i have entered. very disappointed! cant even remember anything about india!!!Just about to give up!0

yes i certainly did!!! the answering machine when i rang the number was very crackling and i could not make out everything but sure it had daily mail in the wording. just as well i did not get my hopes up for winning the cottage!Just about to give up!0
