    Hello there,

You could consider using some of your redundancy payment to make an offer of Full & Final settlement to your creditors, we've written a fact sheet which you can find here:

    http://www.nationaldebtline.co.uk/england_wales/factsheet.php?page=24_full_and_final_settlement_offers

The fact that you may not find work straight away is always important to consider when deciding upon your offers, though. Hope you find the fact sheet useful!

    Best wishes,

    National Debtline.

I agree. A SOA will be helpful as well as a list of each credit card and amount owed with % for each.

Is there any chance of this working if they haven't defaulted on any payments yet? I thought they were quite happy to continue receiving their monthly minimum payments and adding on the interest.
loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.
