Letters to send to creditors

Hello,

I have recently ran into some financial trouble and I am unable to pay back 2 payday loans that I had taken out.

• Can someone please explain to me what the first letter i should send to the creditors is?
• Where can i get a good financial statement template from?
• Is there some kind of order that i need to send the letters in?
• What is the best site to visit for good template letters?

Your advice and experience would be appreciated.
