lloyds default shocker on credit report

Hi All,

Just had a shocker when i checked my credit report with Noddle.
I took out a Lloyds loan in 2005 when i was at college for about £3000. I lost my job during the repayment period but was refused a payment break when i went into the branch. CAB helped me to arrange lower payments and it was all going fine, payments were made each month by direct debit and it was paid off in full in Jan 2010.

Ive just gone on my credit report now, and it is showing for the time between 2006 and 2009 each payment was defaulted and shows that each payment was 6,7 or 8 months late!!!
Whats also strange is that there seems to be 2 payments for this loan on my bank statements, one to lloyds and one to loansdirect, together totalling to the monthly repayment amount?

I dont even know where to start trying to sort this out.
Any help would be much appreciated to get me off the starting block...
