Interest only Mortgage NRAM

Has anyone gone through the financial hardship team with NRAM and been successful in getting a Interest Only Mortgage I'm going through the ropes now and it's been nearly 3 weeks and I've still heard nothing but in the mean time they still expect me to pay my full mortgage and i'm on income support with a 2 year old not really happening. I'm trying my best but falling behind rapidly they only seemed to helpful in the beginning but now I seem to have been lost in the system cos whenever I phone all I get is that "oh they are looking at your case"
I'm sure they could look a little quicker? Really?
