thanks for that, i do fall into the financial hardship part but lloyds have rejected my claim, have about £2800 in total in charges, but thought the fos route takes a while so was going to write back to lloyds and tell them ill accept so much and close my complaint, so if they charge £500, i might write and say ill accept £450 r somthing as this will be cheaper for them and its one less complaint from the fos for them.0
