  • My house was up for sale but Ive pulled it off the market because I have an exit fee of 3%

    I have 24 years left on my mortgage ( £95,900 )

fixed at 5.79% until Jan 2014 ( around 16 months)

I pay £600 per month although a fair amount of that is interest

    Mine is repayment

What I wanted to know ( estimate ) what my outstanding balance will be come Jan 2014 paying back £600 at 5.79% for the next 16 months

Then it reverts to SVR at 3.99%

could someone give me a rough figure please

    Many thanks

Back page of your KFI (quote) will have what the remaining balance will be on a table.

You will get a decent idea off that.
