Hi
I have just set up a dmp and thought that woud be it. However, in the post this morning I have recevied 2 ccj one from Next and the other Santandar. It would seem that they have refused the offer from the dmp company. However, when filling in the amount I can afford to pay back I can only afford what the dmp company offered them in the first place.

I would offer the same payment and send your income and expenditure with it as well so they can see it is all you can afford, who is your DMP with? You can probably print off your budget form your online DMP account.
Been here for a long time and don't often post

Unfortunately creditors dont need to agree to a DMP so can issue CCJ's if they feel it would better their situation (normally over other creditors).
In court a judge will award what you can realistically afford (and this may be less then you offered) but this doesn't stop the CCJ process0 -
I'd write to the companies personally, sometimes they react better to that than a letter from a DMP company.0
