Idem Servicing Partial Settlement / F&F?

Hi, I hope somebody can help!
I have an old MBNA credit card that I am on an 'arrangement' with. I pay £90 a month and they have frozen the interest.
This debt has now been sold to Idem Servicing on the same terms.
My Father has offered to loan me some money so I can try to partially settle this debt.
Has anybody made an offer for F&F to them? How much should I try to offer?
