For others with the same question this was posted on the website by staff

"I would inform you that the personalisation service has been discontinued, so unfortunately you will not be able to have your Toy Sack personalised at this time."

Did anyone who ordered one get it? I had an email saying that I could collect it from Monday onwards. Just been to pick it up and was informed that there is no stock and they would not be getting any more in. Very annoyed that they did not contact me before I made a special journey to pick it up.
