Debt Riddance

Hi,
I wanted to ask if someone can provide me with information on how I can request CCAs etc in relation to debt I supposedly owe.
The Breakdown of info is:
- Barclaycard I took out a card in 2006 and apparently owe £800 on but they have produced no CCA at all.
- British Gas say I owe £500 from a bill I disputed back in November 2006 which is still ongoing after I complained yet again.
- Lowell Finance say I owe £180 from a loan I did not take out with them in 2007.
I have been sent numerous letters from DCAs and had harassing phone calls (of which I soon sorted).
I dont know what my options are to fight these clowns and disreputable business practices.
I would appreciate any advice.
