:hell: welcome to the Debt Free Board!

If you make a list of all your incomings and outgoings (inc APR and min payments) we can help you pay off your debts!

    Welcome to DFW.

Have a look at ss's sticky at the top of the page. If you detail all you income and expenditure for a month everyone will have a look and advise where you might get something cheaper or be able to make a saving. Also list your debts with APRs minimum payments and what's outstanding.

You need to to the other bit - what you have coming in each moneth, what you spend on rent etc. That way we can see where you can free up cash to chuck at these debts.

First off the ones that really jump out and where huge savings could be made -

Gas and Electricity are very high, you should be able to get better than this or look to see why you are using so much.

Home Phone Bill - that is very high too - why is it so much?

Food/Household shopping - How many does that feed? It seems very high especially when you add on your alcohol which makes it to around £530 per month.

    Hi well done for posting.

the thing that jumps out to me is you tv licence, why is it so high i pay £22 per month and thats double as i've just set it up as DD which charges you for this year and half of next years in the the first year of being on DD.

It would be a good idea you and your other half kept spending diaries noting down every penny that you spend and where it is spent, you will then see why you are having problems.

In terms of how to manange your debts i can't help but plenty of others can and will be along soon
