Another Credit Report Question

1. If a current creditor hasn't registered a default on a experian and equifax does that mean that it's unlikely (5 months into my DMP now).
2. A lender could not produce a CCA but registered a default can they do this?

1, yes they can still register a default and sadly some do years later
1, yes they can as the credit report shows the true position of the account no agreement only stops them being able to enforce the debt in court.Credit card debt - NIL
