Another Credit Report Question

1. If a current creditor hasn't registered a default on a experian and equifax does that mean that it's unlikely (5 months into my DMP now).

2. A lender could not produce a CCA but registered a default can they do this?

thanks for any help.

    1, yes they can still register a default and sadly some do years later
    1, yes they can as the credit report shows the true position of the account no agreement only stops them being able to enforce the debt in court.

    Home improvement secured loans 30,130/41,000 and 23,156/28,000 End 2027 and 2029
    Mortgage 64,513/100,000 End Nov 2035
    2022 all rolling into new mortgage + extra to finish house. 125,000 End 2036
