i saw this deal yesterday and ordered 12 bottle of first cape for delivery.
Sainsbos also has 3 for £12 on the First Cape sparkling rose, but not the additional 25%.

It's worth knowing that the First Cape Cafe Collection fizzy rose is actually between 4.5-5% (believe it or not the strengths vary, maybe they're updating the batch :naughty:) and although the bottles look like pink champagne it's actually less that half the strength of most wines.

Does it show the 25% off online at the checkout stage ?

As mine doesn't seem to be doing so. It's been a while since I ordered from them so I was going to use it with a £15 off coupon they sent me.

I'm doing it on .com and not the wine one is that right?
Also ( sorry ) Can I mix and match the bottles?
I can't be bothered updating this anymore

    Have I got this right??

    12 x Jacob's Creek Shiraz Cabernet (187.5ml) @ £2.49 = £29.88
    2 for £3 - minus 12 x 99p = £11.88
    25% off - minus £7.47 (off £29.88)
    £7.47 + £11.88 = £19.35
    Total - £29.88 minus £19.35 = £10.53
    £10.53/12 = 88p per bottle

    I get this Lynsey

    £29.88 - 2 bottles for £3 = ( £3 x 6 lots of 2 bottles ) = £18.00
    -25% off (which is £4.50) = £13.50 / 12 = £1.12 per bottle

but I have pregnancy brain half the time ..but it does say £18 multibuy when you put it in online so it must be right. I presume the 25% will come off after the 2 for £3 has kicked in but I may be wrong

Iris Blue - so the 25% only comes off the 2 for £3??
I was hoping it came off the total before the 2 for £3 discount and the 2 for £3 discount.
Slight dearer your way, but still not bad.

It's showing that way online as it knocks it off straightaway in the basket, Maybe worth a try in store?

  • In the past it has always taken the 25% off the full original (higher) total then takes the 2 for £3 off the original price aswell. It has been around the 88p mark per mini bottle on previous occassions but I havent tried this one yet this time.
  • Did some quick sums to work out how much you end up paying per bottle for 2 for £3 187ml bottles (if the 25% gets taken off the original price when you buy six...not yet confirmed?)

    £2.49 > 88p per bottle
    2.29 > 93p per bottle
    1.99 > £1 per bottle
    1.79 > £1.05 per bottle
    1.69 > 1.08 per bottle
