Are there regulations regarding break facilities at work? (in Scotland)

Hi,
I've tried looking for this here and the tangled mess of gov websites, only finding the regulations for when breaks are required, but so far no regulations on what break facilities need to be provided. Are there any?
The reason I'm asking is that the girlfriends break facilities consist of a kettle in an office (so no facilities if the office is in use), and a sink used for cleaning chemicals, and isn't allowed a microwave because of the smell.
I'd have assumed that a separate space with a fridge and microwave would be the minimum requirements, but I've not managed to find any supporting regulations (except for New Zealand, which isn't very helpful).
Does anyone have any insight? Thanks,

I only know about England and Wales, the laws are different in Scotland, but down here
Access to drinking water
Facility to make a hot drink
Access to hot food - this can be either in the workplace or at local shops/cafes etc.
No requirement for fridge or microwave I'm afraid.Cash not ash from January 2nd 2011: £2565.:j
OU student: A103 , A215 , A316 all done. Currently A230 all leading to an English Literature degree.
Any advice given is as an individual, not as a representative of my firm.0 -

Looking at England and NI then a microwave is only required if there is no canteen and nowhere near the place sells hot food. There is no requirement for provision of a fridge.0 -

You only need to provide- toilets and hand basins, with soap and towels or a hand-dryer
- drinking water
- a place to store clothing (and somewhere to change if special clothing is worn for work)
