my mother is nearly 65 and she i have just found out is quite heavily in debt, well i want to help her, is it possible for me to act in her interests and have her debt written off, i read quite a lot of these debt written off ads and wonder if they are genuine
I dont want to see her struggling to pay and I want to get as much if not all of it written off
many thanks for your upcoming advice

No company is just going to write off her debts just because she is either (a) elderly, or (b) in financial difficulties.
She will have to contact each of the companies she owes money to and offer to pay off at a reduced rate, or contact a charity like CCCS and ask them to negotiate on your mothers behalf."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0
