swap to the findmypast screen and your credits should appear0 -

When I typed in the original MAIL password on monday, it recorded it, but I didn't get 20 free credits either.

Sorry not been on site for a few days hence my late reply. I did get a reply back from their customer service agreeing the offer had extended to 21st and gave me a special link to claim my 20 free credits. Everyone who registered before midnight on 21st should contact the find your family customer service to ask for their 20 free credits"Look after your pennies and your pounds will look after themselves"0
