http://www.findmypast.co.uk/content/daily-mail/offer click claim credits it should then popup with another page where you can enter the code MAIL

swap to the findmypast screen and your credits should appear

Sorry not been on site for a few days hence my late reply. I did get a reply back from their customer service agreeing the offer had extended to 21st and gave me a special link to claim my 20 free credits. Everyone who registered before midnight on 21st should contact the find your family customer service to ask for their 20 free credits
