F&F Settlements and credit file

Long story short.

I have 14500 left in DMP and pay around 250 per month. I have a nice pay rise and could save enough in 12 month to allow me to make a decent settlement offer.

I keep paying 250 and we have 11500 left this time next year. I could have 70% to offer with the condition of credit file marked as settled.

Question is, should this be accepted does it show that I didn't repay in full and will this make it more difficult to get a mortgage in future years compared with paying it off in full?

Advice is much appreciated.
