Help!!
I am receiving the usual bully tactics from Lloyds regarding the state of my account and credit card balances. Have discussed this at length with numerous people from Lloyds over the phone and have set up and have stuck to agreed payment programmes however the calls keep coming.
Lloyds say I have not paid agreed amounts, I have receipts and paying in slips to contradict.
Lloyds say I have defaulted on agreements set up, I have made payments as agreed.
Lloyds advise me to go to local branch and discuss with account manager, account managers do not want to talk and refer me back to customer services (0870 / 0845 numbers!!!!). Offshore service with agents reading from scripted messages only and unable to offer any sensible advice.
Lloyds keep upping the o/draft without my authority to cover the charges made for unpaid direct debits (cancelled by myself but regenerated 'automatically' as they are for Lloyds loan and credit card).
Have managed to have interest frozen on acoounts though.....6 months after advising Lloyds that I was experiencing financial difficulty.
Any advice appreciated
