Listerine - had my money back via a cheque today.

Meatless Farm - just warning you, their products are vile.  I only eat vegetarian food and I love Quorn etc but these were just plain awful.

Rubies in the Rubble - I am tempted to put in a claim but I love their products so I don't think I would lie just to get my money back.  Their vegan mayo is divine!

I don't think you need to consider lying as Rubies's form is after feedback on  ALL aspects of their product including packaging design and container so you can still love the ketchup while suggesting other improvements. 

Also, I think I've seen forumites (were you one? I'm not sure... ) still receive refunds recently when saying what they loved about a brand's product despite an offer being an MBG - a risk but worth a try I say, if you love it that much!

Did anyone else have any issues submitting their claim for the Spontex gloves?  I tried last night on 2 different browsers, Chrome and Edge, and couldn't submit on either (no error messages, just nothing happened when I pressed submit).

You are right.  I was one of those who was honest and said I loved a product but they still refunded me.  I think it was the drain and sink unblocker.

I will give the ketchup a whirl if I see one soon.  Thanks you.

Has anyone found the Rubies Ketchup yet?  Is it only stocked at Morribobs and Waitrose?  I've not found it at either Tesco or Sainsbees!  We got the Rubies Mayo from Sainsbees a few months back but they didn't even have that in today.
