Did you by any chance do the Stir Your Senses TMF? If so, I don't think you will get the money back on this one. I got the money back on the Stir Your Senses, but have not been given anything for the Dusted Cod. It was only a few £ and I really can't be bothered chasing it as I am sure someone on here has said Birds Eye are playing funny burgers (no pun intended). They did this in the past also where they had a few TMF's at the same time and did not make it clear that you could not participate in more than 1.

They need to take a leaf out of Young's book where they let us do 3 or 4 TMF's on different fishes a few years back, all at the same time.

We've had multiple March and April Cod and SYS back successfully but still waiting for May and June !!!!!!.

Spotted a new MBG today on "Clean and Clear" products - although my local Sainsburys only had a promotional sticker on one of the products in the offer so far, and as I hadn't got access to the T&Cs I wasn't sure if the sticker was required.

says promotional product but doesn't say you need to return the sticker it just specifies the certain products included in the offer.

Who do we escalate complaints to regarding these promotions? I've contacted Ozkleen in writing, on the phone and on Facebook, and they ignore me (say someone will get back to me but doesn't). Is it trading standards?

I picked up the lotus spread and biscuits in Tesco this morning. Both had a promo sticker on. Just wondering if you sent the promo stickers along with your claim or is it just the receipt & 15 word statement I need?
