Has anyone had a Bueno or Bernard Matthews back yet? I haven't and I'm starting to get twitchy.

My bernard M was sent off 27th april,still waiting
I havent done the chocolate one this time but if my memory is correct it comes back in the form of cash and can take quite a while

Lejc - i am waiting for my bernard matthews cheque to come back also - but i am not sending off to my second address until the first one arrives. I am not all that keen on them so i would be giving it away to my daughter for the kids - i thought they were a bit plasticy in taste

I haven't done Bueno yet but did Kinder (same company) and it took absolute ages to come through, over 2 months! It was cash though.

Freebie freak - i would imagine its either or not both - these firms seem to be similar to birds eye who find an easy way out from paying on more than one item- not worth the risk as i found the very large packs of biscuits in poundland.

I phoned the consumer line yesterday and they confirmed you can apply for both spread and biscuits AND the claims can be sent in the same envelope.

m1kjm - I was a bit worried for the fact that I haven't found anywhere B.Matthews, up to now, but it seems that I should be relieved after all...
