I have had mine back with second class postage added to the purchase price...
I just sent printout and receipt,no packaging or pot...took 14 days from me sending to receiving the chequefrugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

you get the benefit of using the product for 30 days before you return it ...and I did also mention in my post that it might be of interest ......but some people do welcome the chance to try....
there is a very long expiry on this one right up to march of next year so in theory if you are planning to take part in any running events or race for life you could factor in using them for that purpose for example.frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

I don't think they refund the postage on the sausages so not sure it is worth doing for 6 sausages. i always buy mine in the reduced section, e.g I got 3 large packs of 8 tulip sausages yesterday for 70p each.
