    It's not on the front page because nobody has found the promotional packs yet, and there's hardly any info online, so we're not sure of any details. :) Fingers crossed someone will know something soon!

    Called the Sykes number, got no response

    Complained to P&G who have made a bank transfer

    Received a cheque today too - it was for 100 wash bottle too!

    Please don't think I was complaining! I assumed no-one knew much about it as I did a search and found nothing.

    I'm just wondering if this is in fact a current promotion? As it is very much like the one that they did a few years ago.............?

    I've had the same response now :) they said I could have bank transfer or some vouchers AND I should still receive the refund cheque by the end of Feb, which I can also keep. Happy with that! :j
