I've just realised I have not received a refund (if I am remembering correctly) for one of my Persil Dual Action capsules claims, that I sent off on 24th October. Does anyone know a way of contacting them without posting another letter?

Update: I never heard back from them by phone but the cheque arrived yesterday.

Well spotted! No, don't think this is normal, and doubt that it would work, but you could always try contacting them to ask, (and keep us posted with the result please!)

how do they send you the £5.00 cashback ? is it a cheque or voucher for the supermarket ?

i've searched and cannot find any detailed terms and conditions to find out.
