I've just realised I have not received a refund (if I am remembering correctly) for one of my Persil Dual Action capsules claims, that I sent off on 24th October. Does anyone know a way of contacting them without posting another letter?0

Found a new try me free (actually after months of me looking out for a new TMF, my husband brought this one home with the last minute Christmas shop without realising!)
Ruddles County ale
Found in Tesco for £1.99 on Christmas Eve. It's a 500ml bottle with a red TMF promotional collar.
See ruddlestrymefree .co.uk for more details and the printable form.
Ends 01.03.15. No mention of postage being refunded. You need to submit the promotional collar along with your receipt.0 -
Activia have their usual January promotion on their yogurts again, 'Smile or your money back' on 4 and 8 pot packs.0

it says one claim per person, not one claim per address. is that normal for them? so everyone in my house can claim once?0 -
Spoke with Douwe Egberts who suggested I call 01296 717960 to chase it as they don't deal with the "love me or I'm free" refunds.
The recorded message on that number says they're closed until the 6th of June. So I've got back in touch with Douwe Egberts customer relations and they're going to look into it.0 -

Hi,
has anyone actually done this yet ?
how do they send you the £5.00 cashback ? is it a cheque or voucher for the supermarket ?
i've searched and cannot find any detailed terms and conditions to find out.

The Galloway Cheeses t's & c's can be seen on ffm.gallowaycheddar.co.uk 'Terms and conditions' highlighted in blue at bottom of that page, so just click on it. From the original post by Dormouse it looks like this will only be found in Scottish supermarkets so unable to participate myself.0
