I have copied the above from their T&C.
I, too, am hoping to get a refund on my 2 for £7 .
I have looked up contact details on the website, but you have to email in.

This has been said, but please humour me! You have to wait until 30 days after you buy the BIC pens, before you can send off the claim - right?

Indeed, this is what I understood too.

The thing is, the pen looks like it's empty, but every time I go back to it, it writes a little bit more. Tricky little thing!

I am not sure where they got £4.03 from when I paid £7 hopefully they will get back to me soon

Yes, you do send an empty pen after 30 days.
It will keep writing of and off but will eventually be empty.
Have received my cheque after doing the above.

You will only be reimbursed for 1 packet regardless of whether they are in a deal. So your refund sounds right. I know this because I bought 2 packs for some money, and only got refunded for 1 pack. It also says this in the T&Cs.

It'll probably be your £7 divided by two (£3.50) plus the postage to cover your claim (53p)?
