ive had my cheque returned from my bank today because its not signed.has any one got a uk contact number for them

one claim per household...

when i called them i was offered either a refund by cheque or money off vouchers for purina products...

i opted for the vouchers...and was sent £8 worth even though the cat food only cost £4.50

called in monday got a letter today saying send back 6 of the packets. pay for the postage and return postage and they will put it all in a cheque for you.

i chickened it and took cat food back to shop.

too much to lose. they didnt offer what you got x
