huh, I bought a pack of this from Tesco, having a dog I always end up with patches on my lawn. spread it, kept it watered as stated and after 30 days not very good growth, very patchy. sent off for a reimbursement and got sent £1 x 7 vouchers for some more.
if if didn't work why on earth would I want to buy some more. it does state a reimbursement on the packet so where do I stand. has anyone actually got the money back on this item or is it a bit of a con. please advise.
I also received vouchers! Only difference being that it worked ok on my lawn and I bought some more when it was on a 2 for 1 with the vouchers!

This offer is limited to one claim per household. Only one receipt per claim will be accepted. The offer will refund the purchase of one pack of Libert! only, except where two packs of Libert! have been purchased on a “2 for £3” promotion (UK only). In this case, the “2 for £3” promotion must be clearly shown on the till receipt.
So, first to find this on a 2 for £3 offer, please post on here!!!!

Wondering if you've had a response back from Nivea re this promo yet?

Anyone else had a refund back for all 5 items in one go?

    Thanks all!

All 5 items in one go? Are you still talking about Nivea and what are the five items? Has anyone tried this and been refunded for multiple items? Do they need to be on separate receipts?

The five items under the offer are:

    The cleansing water
    Day cream
    Night cream
    cleansing milk
    face wipes

On reading the T's & C's it says you can claim up to £25.00 but the price of each item is only around £4.00ish - an earlier post mentioned she'd emailed them to check it was okay for multiple purchases to be sent - the t's & c's aren't quite clear.

The online form asks you to state which of the 5 products you've tried - it doesn't state anywhere one item only & sounds like you could potentially try the whole range but I'd like to be 100% sure before submiting the claim.
