    More information required I believe.

I am not 100% sure, but potentially i think there could be income issues. Potential CGT issues if an asset was disposed of (perhaps right to claim damages)

I won an Employment Tribunal but I'm a self-employed worker. I have to fill in self assessment each year. But I have received money from Judgement in different tax year than when I actual should have been paid it so my income a appear to be a lot higher this year.

Was the payment strictly compensatory? If so - it is most certainly not taxable.

Part was. But some was for unpaid wages.

I'm i right in think the part that compensatory I don't have to declare but the part is unpaid wages I do? As the cost of going to court to that count towards my expenses?
