More information required I believe.
I am not 100% sure, but potentially i think there could be income issues. I won an Employment Tribunal but I'm a self-employed worker. I have to fill in self assessment each year. But I have received money from Judgement in different tax year than when I actual should have been paid it so my income a appear to be a lot higher this year.0

Was the payment strictly compensatory? If so - it is most certainly not taxable.0

I'm i right in think the part that compensatory I don't have to declare but the part is unpaid wages I do? As the cost of going to court to that count towards my expenses?0
