    My enquiries are plot and development specific relating to extending the drive (the deeds say you need permission from TW if within 5 years so I've asked now) and for the flood risk assessment because my search came back with a risk listed. There were a few other bits but they are about my plot and the development.

    Your deeds might say similar about putting up a conservatory or extending the drive so ask now then you won't have any fees to pay if you do decide to do it!

    Your plot is a lot further ahead than mine! I don't have a roof on my house yet and my completion was supposed to be Oct/Nov. It is looking unlikely.

    Usually timescale would be once the house is water tight (roof installed), from this point it may take from 2 to 3 months to complete.

    This is just a guestimate from what I have seen.

    Yes I am not holding onto the hope of moving in October or November. December would be nice though!!! I just seem some non-windy, non-wet weather to allow them to get the roof on.
