Reclaiming on an endowment with "Total financial solutions", are they for real?

I was cold-called by Total Financial Solutions today and they started by asking me questions about loans, credit cards and mortgages. They then stated that they could reclaim thousands for me. Following this I was transferred to another person who introduced the "refundable deposit of £199 +VAT". I did a quick search online while she was talking and found this thread. As soon as I mentioned it she hung up. Enough said I think!

This company have so much front, they rang me back after a couple of weeks wondering if I'd reconsidered?!?!?
If this is a scam surely something needs to be done about them?0
