I live in a village and the village petrol station is v expensive so I unfortunately always have to fill up completely as in the long term i see it as cheaper than an emergency top up. Also as there is no petrol station within route I use, the extra distance to get there I suspect outweighs any benefit of being lighter.

I use at least a tank a week so I'd be filling daily .

Thank you SSS, I'll take your advice and keep at half tank level:)

Well done on the low carb el - I would definitely find low carb too hard going, so I am impressed with your commitment

GG - my brain is very small and fills, then empties itself again rather quickly. I am far too easily distracted and today I seemed to read the same page over and over again on research inquiry:cool:

On the other hand I did cut my grass and planted the salad leaves, so have carrots, potatoes, garlic, thyme, chives, parsley, bay, sage, rosemary, salad leaves, blackberries and strawberries all on the go....although did catch my dog squatting for her wee-wee in the veg patch so may not fancy eating the carrots much:eek:

Happy holiday for anyone who's off tomorrow (I'm not, but schools are so whoohoo both for easy parking, quiet roads and no phone calls:T)

Bless you NP, in honesty though my internal clock will ping and I'll be bimbling about around 8 at the latest. Has been same last 2 days which is quite frustrating, esp as DH doesnt seem to suffer with same infliction and saunters down 2 hours later.
