Swapped my car insurance to the Royal Mail about 3 weeks ago (got a much better deal) - and today, the promised £50 postal order arrived! (The offer is still on, by the way)
I was also very good..... I'd been bad, and had a lapse the other day, buying a pair of shoes for £39.99. I forgot to do the ' do I want them.. but do I really need them' bit. I ended up buying them last week, and have felt guilty ever since (don't need them as I've got a similar pair already - they used to call me Imelda Marcos....). So today I took them back and got a refund.
All I bought today was a sandwich at lunchtime. I usually make them, but used luncheon vouchers (get paid with them for some online survey work I do)
Phew... feel like I'm back on track again. I've been feeling a bit fed up recently with all the economising etc - but have ended up feeling a whole lot better!

Going to write it in indelible ink on the top of the monitor!!! Oh that extra £27 or so quid would have been nice on top of the £50
Anyway, thanks for the reminder - won't forget it in future!!
