Hi,
I have some defaults that were placed in September 2006 - therefore they should fall off my account this month? Is this right and if so how long does it take? Do I have to do anything to get them removed? One was defaulted on 14th Sept and is still currently on my credit report with equifax? I am paying the debt off still?
