Hi, I have a quick question, I sold my car to webuyanycar.com absolutley under the impression that i had no outstanding debt on my car (or else i wouldve never tried it) anyway they did a check it all came back clear and they bough it and they paid me. however, i have just checked some all paer and work and have realised i still owe about £1200 on teh car and i'm still making monthly payments! what are my legal rights? i suppose i should be able to stop the payment and webuyanycar.com's insurance should cover the mistake? am i right?

Your car may show as HPI clear if the finance on the car was a personal loan as opposed to car finance. Many car dealers and banks arrange finance for a vehicle by way of loan. Are you sure this is not what has happened in your situation?0

This is already on the Loans thread. No need for it to be on more than one."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0
