Aw that's kind of you to offer, thank you. Only just started saving in January and need a £30k deposit to buy around here, I'm a single stay at home mum so my aim is to get it together in 3 years.
Oh don't worry, I've read about Nattys antics!

Today, I have to confess. I have an addiction!
I don't want to be cured though because my addition is making OP's!!!
I'm itching to get to the bank and make an OP. Feels like ages since I've fed this hunger! I sent a test £10 OP online just to check it works. Once I know it does, look out, its going to be Tilly Tidies all over the place!!!
I looked at that job to price last night. It would be a cracker if we win it. Make an Oak frame conservatory! What a rewarding pleasure that would be. I really do need more fingers to cross now!Mortgage at Highest- £126.995 Aug 2006

Hi Matt
I believe MFW is actually OPA (Overpayers Anonymous) :rotfl:
You have found some great ways to make lots of extra cash -makes me very jealous although ebay selling is being quite fruitful for me atm.
Hope you get the jobs!!

OPA made me chuckle!
I guess I just try to think of any little extras that haven't really been done to death to make a bit extra. It must be how my mind is setup, I find it difficult to rest sometimes because my head just buzzes with trying to think of the next thing to do. Very sad I know!
I'm glad ebay is being good for you. Its a good feeling.Mortgage at Highest- £126.995 Aug 2006

Have you swapped current accounts to First Direct? The £125 incentive hit my account today
Also, imutual is a cashback site that is offering £10 free for signing up to moneyvista. Takes a few months to track but it's free cash, not to be sniffed at!

Cheers Nat for those. Not really thought about them before, well didn't know of imutual.
I feel better now as I've made a £780 OP this afternoon! Yay!!!
£10 tester payment from my account online.
£740 from Ebay and selling car bits last week.
£30 Both boys Easter money from relatives 'buy yourself an egg'. They had enough choc and we have recorded this as their money in the log for them.
I put another £250 into the savings but this isn't going to be recorded as I had to take some out to buy materials for a job. The rest will be returned when I get paid.
Tomorrow the DD comes out of the account, so their will be another OP. OP'ing makes me happy!!! La la la larrrr!!!!Mortgage at Highest- £126.995 Aug 2006

Hi Tilly
Thanks so much, really appreciate it. I have to admit it, I've surprised myself a lot over the last 7 months or so. There is no way I would have an extra £9,300 in the bank if I hadn't started to OP.
I'm racing to break even with the balance. My partner is very supportive as she is a natural saver but she thinks I'm becoming too focused on this! Maybe she's right but don't say anything.Mortgage at Highest- £126.995 Aug 2006

Well done on the Overpayments :T.
I already know that I am obsessed with being mortgage free, but my Husband is now starting to take an interest when I tell him how much money we will save.0 -
